I would like to reassure you that my team and I are still here to help you during these unprecedented times. We remain committed to helping you arrange a funeral that honours the memory of a loved one and conforms to the latest Government social distancing guidelines and restrictions imposed by our local crematoria and cemeteries.
We are continuing to provide our services as normal, but we have had to make a few changes to ensure we are protecting the health and safety of the families we serve and our members of staff:
Limousines are still available, although we are carrying only three adults that must reside in the same household and will be seated in the rear-most seats. Social distancing must be observed by the limousine occupants prior to, during and after the funeral service - failure to maintain social distancing will result in the limousine(s) being withdrawn from service and alternative transport arrangements will need to be made.
Embalming is available for loved ones that have passed away as a result of COVID-19 as our team of specialist embalmers are professionally qualified and highly experienced.
Our chapels of rest remain available for families to view their loved ones, although this is on an appointment basis and limited to two or three people from the same household per appointment.
As guidelines from Government, local authorities and individual crematoria and cemeteries are being regularly updated please speak to your local branch for the latest advice.
Please rest assured that my team and I are here to help you and we will always put the health and safety of our team and the families we serve first. We remain available 24 hours a day - if you require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
