Life doesn’t always go to plan, and when a bereavement occurs, sometimes it’s challenging to get everyone together for the funeral service. While many friends and family will wish to attend the service and say their final goodbyes, sometimes not everyone can make it on the day, whether due to travel challenges, health restrictions, or other reasons.

To help bridge the gap and still give loved ones a way to say goodbye, a Live and On Demand funeral streaming option offers a meaningful way for those who can’t physically attend to still be a part of the service, wherever they may be in the world. While we understand that logging-in to a Live Stream is not the same as being there on the day, for some it can still give the opportunity to say farewell and offer a moment of solace during times of grief.

Unite loved ones, even from afar 

Live streaming ensures families and friends can participate in the service in real-time, even if they are unable to get there. Families also retain full control over who receives the log-in details, ensuring privacy and peace of mind.

Flexibility to revisit special moments 

Our On-Demand feature allows families to watch a recording again for up to 28 days after their loved one's service has taken place. This can be a source of comfort during their grieving process, or a way to ensure no one misses the final farewell.

Preserving memories for the future

Whether a family decides before or after the service that they would like to have a stream, in many cases service recordings can be retrieved for up to 90 days after the service. Keepsake options also allow families to cherish a recording of the service forever in their chosen format.

Streaming

Not everyone will be able to make the service, but they can still join you in saying goodbye with Live & On Demand, our Streaming service. 

• Clear view: You can see the catafalque, lectern, the front row of mourners and the Tribute screens on the Live Stream camera. 
• Watch from anywhere: Our teams check each venue’s stream connection each morning so that viewers can attend the service online. 
• Private and secure: We generate unique log in details for each service and send them to those that need them.
• On Demand: After the service, a video will be available online within three working days where it can be watched for a further 28 days at a time that suits you.

Tributes

Single Photo Tribute

A Single Photo is a picture of your loved one that can be shown on your venue’s screens throughout the service, or at a selected time. This gives families a focal point to reflect upon the life lived during the ceremony. 

• One photo displayed on all available screens throughout the service.
• The option to have multiple Single Photos is also available upon request.
• Our dedicated team will quality-check your photo before submitting it to the venue.

Music Tribute

Music Tributes are a compelling way to show a life well lived and gives you the opportunity to set your photos perfectly to your choice of music. The video can be played at your chosen time during the funeral service for a truly powerful moment of reflection. 

• Your choice of 25 photos.
• Timed perfectly to your choice of music track.
• This video will be played at your chosen time during the service.

A specialist team will create and edit your chosen photos and music to create your impactful Music Tribute.

Themed Tribute 

Whether the departed possessed a creative flair, loved to travel, or enjoyed time in the garden, the Themed Tribute brings an added layer of personalisation.  This Tribute can be played at your chosen time during the funeral service for a moment that truly reflects the life lived. 

• Your choice of 25 photos. 
• Times perfectly to your chosen song and theme.

Basic Slideshow 

Choose up to 25 photos and we will put these together as a tasteful slideshow, gently fading between each photo.

• This Tribute can be played at a chosen moment or looped for the duration of the service.
• Your images will be quality-checked before submitting the Slideshow to the venue.
• Please note this option does not include music.

Keepsakes

DVD or USB

Order a tastefully prepared recording of your Tribute, your whole service, or both on DVD or USB. This option gives you the ability to take your Keepsake to be watched anywhere and share the moment with friends and family.

• Choose from a USB or DVD of your Streamed service, Tribute, or both. 
• USB comes in a stylish and durable clear acrylic material.
• DVD printed with a personalised name and service date.

Video Book

These accessible Video Books allow families to connect with their loved one any time, anywhere. The Video Book includes a recording of your service, Tribute, or both, set in an electronic screen and encased in its own ‘book’.

• Made with an LCD screen set in a beautiful linen cover. 
• Can include the streamed funeral service, Tribute, or both. 
• Play, pause, fast forward, rewind and adjust the volume with the buttons below the screen.
• Comes with USB charger cable that’s compatible with any USB-receiving port.

Memory Box 

The Memory Box option offers professionally printed photos along with your funeral recording on DVD and USB so that at any point, you can take the time to cherish the memories of your loved one. This comes in a bespoke linen-covered case.

Music

Use music to create personal and powerful moments of reflection - just let your Funeral Arranger know what music you want to hear and they’ll do the rest.

• Choose your music: We recommend at least three tracks per service, to cover the entry, reflection, and exiting the service. 
• Dedicated Music team: On the rare occasion your choice isn’t in our library, we’ll do all we can to personally find it for you. 
• Concert-grade quality: Great music is nothing without a great sound system. Our purpose-built systems help your music sound the best it can be.
